***Heads Up - Late Start at Thursday Track 7:30pm Workout Start/7:00pm Warmup Start***
We have a later track start this thursday night ( January 7th) as there is a earlier High School Track Met. Please note they will be using the track until 7:30pm - so please plan on the workout starting at 7:30pm, with use of locker room (no track) at 7:00. Should be pretty nice tomorrow so we can plan on our warmup outside.
Thanks!
Catherine
