Long Run Sunday Jan 25th
Variety is the theme for this coming Sunday’s long run. We’ll and run on Commonwealth Avenue which will give us lots of options for distances and routes. We’ll meet at the Auburndale Shaw’s Supermarket parking lot by 8:45 for a 9:00 AM start. Shaw’s is located on Comm Ave at the intersection of Lexington Street. There is a bagel store there where you can grab a drink/food afterwards. Also, the Riverside T stop (Green Line) is 1.5 miles away.

Long Run Sunday, Jan. 18!
Ready for a 13-miler? (Me, neither!) For those who are, we’ve lined up the always-popular, 5-town Mystic Lakes tour, including Watertown, Belmont, Arlington, Medford, and Winchester. This is a reasonably good run for our snow-covered landscape, as it features quiet side streets and parkways with wide shoulders. A shorter version will be available, as well. Meet at my house in Watertown by 8:45 am for a 9:00 am start. Email or call 617-926-5149 for directions and to RSVP.
