Directions: Take 2A West off of 95/128 Go through the two sets of lights soon after getting on 2A (The second set of lights is Mass Ave) The Minuteman National Park parking lot is .6 miles past Mass Ave on the Right. Walden Pond Trail Run Sunday 9/27
Come join us for a trail run at Walden Pond / Lincoln Woods in Concord this Sunday at 8:30 AM. The plan is to run for one hour followed a refreshing cool down swim in the pond.
We will meet adjacent to the bathrooms in the main parking lot. The parking fee is $5 a day or $35 for the season. The ticket machine does not take $20 bills.

Time to Sign up for the 14 Week Winter Speed Program
The leaves are just starting turn yellow but it is already time to sign up for our 2nd year offering the custom Boston University’s Athletic Enhancement Center Winter Speed Program for Cambridge Sports Union.
If you are interested in signing up this winter - the cost is $150 for CSU members. Please drop me an email ASAP at cat@csurun.org for more information, space will fill fast and we need to have forms & checks in by October 20th.

Tuesday Track - 9/22

CSU had a great showing at the Lone Gull 10K in Gloucester Sunday. The men’s open was 9th, master’s 3rd, seniors 3rd and vets were 1st in the team competition. Thanks to all who ran on a beautiful seaside course in ideal weather for a change.
