Boston Marathon Bus

The Cambridge Sports Union (CSU) will again offer Boston Marathon Bus service to the start of the 2009 Boston Marathon in Hopkinton. These are very comfortable luxury coaches with their own bathrooms. Unlike the BAA school buses, the CSU coaches will remain in Hopkinton until race time to provide you with a base of operations prior to the start of the event. They will also provide warmth and shelter should the weather be inclement.

The buses will depart from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Vassar Street. This is just across the Charles River from Boston and approximately one mile from the marathon finish line.

The CSU buses are open to all runners, CSU members or not, on a first come, first served basis. YOU MUST HAVE A RESERVATION! Reserve early because we always sell out.

If you are interested, please contact Duke Hutchinson for additional details.
